Incorporated in the State of Florida as a not-for-profit corporation in October 29, 2004, the Christian Business Alliance Group, Inc. was born to strengthen the Christian church's economic base, from its ground up. In 1997 God revealed this vision to Ariel Benitez, President of the Christian Business Alliance Group, Inc., while living in Buffalo, New York. It wasn't until 2004 when all the pieces of the vision came together.
Prior to God revealing this vision to Ariel, He equipped him with higher education, and experience in business consulting. During five years he worked his way up from Marketing Specialist to Director of the Buffalo MBDC under contract from the U.S. Department of Commerce / Minority Business Development Agency, and on his own private consulting business, thereafter. Ariel provided business consulting to the Erie County Industrial Development Agency’s Buffalo Minority Enterprise Corporation on the design of their entire automated Intake Process.
His grandfather owned a grocery store in a small town of Puerto Rico, where he was first exposed to the business world. His father owned a furniture store for a while and instilled in him the passion for business. Since, he owned a sport and hobby store, a restaurant, a partner on a weekly tabloid newspaper, and a screen printing shop. For two years, Ariel held the position of Credit Manager at ConAgra’s Caribbean Division, where he reported directly to the comptroller and handled over 9 million dollars in credit granting per month.
Ariel Benitez brings all of the above, plus over 20 years of experience in management and supervision into this ministry as an obedient servant of God to fulfill His will.
